URA offers a curated range of decorative wall art, including MDF laser-cut designs, mandala-inspired artwork, handcrafted pieces, Mud & Mirror/Lippan Art, and other artistic wall décor.
Many URA products are handcrafted or finished by hand. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finishing may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship.
Most wall décor pieces are designed for wall mounting and may come with a hook or hanging provision at the back. Use a suitable wall hook, screw, or mounting fixture according to the product's size and weight.
The artwork should ideally be installed on a clean, dry and stable wall. Avoid damp walls or areas exposed to continuous moisture.
URA wall décor can be used in living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, hallways, offices, pooja spaces, studios and other indoor areas, depending on the design.
Our decorative wall art is primarily recommended for indoor or sheltered areas. Avoid direct exposure to rain, water and excessive humidity, especially for MDF, clay and mirror-based artwork. (SplashArts)
Use a soft, dry cloth, feather duster or soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust. Do not scrub the artwork or apply excessive pressure. (Peepul Tree)
No. Do not wash the artwork or expose it to running water. Water and moisture can affect materials such as MDF, clay, mud, paint and mirror detailing.
We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and direct application of cleaning sprays. For handcrafted pieces, gentle dry cleaning is the safest approach. (Prafullas)
For mirror sections, gently remove dust using a soft, clean cloth. Avoid applying pressure to the surrounding clay or decorative work.
Handle Lippan/Mud & Mirror pieces carefully by supporting the base rather than pressing or pulling the decorative surface. The clay and embedded mirrors can be delicate. (Peepul Tree)
Handcrafted artwork contains delicate decorative elements. Rough handling, impact, moisture or excessive pressure can potentially damage or loosen them. Handle and install the artwork carefully.
Handcrafted products may have minor variations in colour, texture, pattern and finishing. These differences are a natural characteristic of handmade products and make each piece unique. (Etsy)
Yes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen/display settings. Handcrafted finishes may also naturally vary from one piece to another. (Peepul Tree)
Some products, particularly Mud & Mirror/Lippan Art and pieces containing mirrors or delicate detailing, require careful handling. Always hold the product securely from its base when moving or installing it.
Customization may be available for selected products. Depending on the product, customization may include size, colour, design, name, text or other details. Please check the individual product page or contact URA before placing a customized order.
This may vary from product to product. If mounting hardware or a hook is included, it will be mentioned in the respective product details. For some products, customers may need to arrange suitable wall-mounting hardware separately.
Store the artwork in a clean, dry place away from moisture, direct sunlight and heavy objects. Keep the decorative surface protected from scratches and impact. For handcrafted pieces, avoid placing anything heavy on top of them.
Please inspect the package and product immediately after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, contact URA as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. The final resolution will be subject to URA's applicable return/replacement policy.
